Common questions

Can my overtime and penalty rates count?

Often yes. Many lenders will count shift allowances, penalties and regular overtime if they're consistent. I know which ones and how to present it.

I'm casual or agency. Can I still get a loan?

Yes, it's common. Some lenders accept casual income after a few months in the role. It depends on your history, so text me the details.

Does talking to you affect my credit score?

No. A chat costs nothing and doesn't touch your credit file. We only run a check once you decide to apply.

What does it cost me?

My service is usually free to you. I'm paid by the lender you choose, and I'll tell you exactly how that works upfront.
